Ain’t nothing wrong with a can of sugar-free whipped cream. It might be exactly what you need (talking to the sugar-free crowd here). Mars is (retrograde) in Cancer after all. You will submit to your weird craving.
Today I found myself in a familiar spot. I remember a couple years ago finishing my novel there (still unpublished) and it was still Covid time, Covid days, but the mask requirement had been dropped and the petals of the flower that is New York City were opening up again. So there I was today reading some psychoanalytic paper, wondering to myself if I’d learned everything I needed to learn about this topic even though I still enjoy the reading.
Mars is in Cancer. HOW DO YOU FEEL? Mars is retrograde in a sign that takes the side roads, a sign that is so so so so so so so sensitive. We feel everything. We feel it all. And we never stop being shocked at… insensitivity, cruelty, lack of empathy.
This life has got to have some meaning, NEEDS to have some meaning. What are we gonna do without that? What are we going to do with the baby without that? Transits through Cancer, no matter the planet, are always about the baby and the baby is you.
Tomorrow begins Aquarius Season and next week we have a Sun Pluto conjunction. This is a big deal. Pluto ain’t dancing back to Capricorn again in our lifetime. New cycle? I would say so. Yes. Are you surprised to hear that? Another new cycle? Really? You thought you were all out of cycles.
Hey. Don’t be too mad at Cancer. Cancer haaaates that and anyway isn’t it about time Cancer got a little love? I know Mars retrograde in ANY sign doesn’t sound or feel like love but it is a spotlight and maybe we can re/discover a part of Mars that we didn’t know or a side of Cancer that’s been hidden from view. Mars in Cancer is the great protector. I always know how I need to be treated when I substitute someone else in my place. For example, it’s easier for Mars in Cancer to support others. It’s a self-sacrificing Mars which isn’t Mars at all OR IS IT? Mars will fight, will die for the cause it chooses.
Lots of questions. Not so many answers.
